Bonus points and ONE tokens are linked to each other. However, the bonus points are not exchanged 1:1 into the ONE token, as the token price changes, but the buyback is based on the revenues of ONE in fiat currencies.

Therefore, you have the opportunity to exchange your bonus points for ONE tokens at an advantageous time. If the price of the ONE token increases, you get fewer tokens for your bonus points, but the Euro value for you remains the same. This approach ensures that the reward system is sustainable and is aligned with the revenues of ONE.

Bonus points expire

To make it as fair as possible for active and paying users, collected bonus points that are not exchanged for tokens will expire. Depending on the account package, a different expiration time applies:

• Free & Growth - Bonus points expire after six months

• Pro & Business - Bonus points expire after one year.

• Pro+ & Business - Bonus points expire after two years.

This ensures that no one can accumulate an extremely large number of bonus points and release them all at once into the market. Since we anticipate a steady increase in the ONE token value, it wouldn't be wise to hoard the points for long, as you would get fewer tokens in return.

No conversion for the free account package

Users of the free & growth packages can still activate multipliers and earn bonus points. However, it is not possible to exchange these for ONE tokens. This exchange function is only activated after switching to a paid account package. Free account packages are a cost factor for us (and all competitors). These packages are offered to attract new customers and convince them of the concept.

However, in order not to disadvantage paying customers, we cannot allow the exchange of tokens for free accounts as these accounts do not generate active income. Additionally, we have found that free offers are often exploited.

We are delighted every time someone opens a free account with ONE, however, in order to exchange bonus points, an account package needs to be activated. Nonetheless, it's possible to use the accumulated bonus points for ONE services, such as a discount on the account package.

By actively using ONE's services (Insurance AI, Amazon purchases, etc.), it will become possible to generate more rewards than the cost of the account package. Therefore, the long-term goal is for the value of the rewards to exceed the cost of the account package.
